Dr. Kazziha is a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist and Chief Medical Director of McLaren Heart & Vascular Institute. He trained at the University of Damascus, Medical College of Virginia, William Beaumont Hospital, and the Cleveland Clinic. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Endovascular Medicine.
He is skilled in structural heart procedures (TAVR, Left Atrial Appendage closure, PFO closure), coronary angioplasty and stenting, and vascular interventions including carotid, renal, peripheral, and venous ablation.

Dr. Koshy is a Board Certified Cardiologist and Medical Director of the Noninvasive and Cardiopulmonary Labs. She received her M.D. from Saba University and completed her fellowship at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is a board-certified specialist in Echocardiogram and Nuclear Medicine.
Her philosophy involves partnering with patients to find the right treatment strategies. She specializes in women and heart disease, coronary artery disease prevention, and all types and degrees of heart disease.

Dr. Nazzaro is a Board Certified Cardiologist who received his D.O. from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed both his residency and fellowship at Garden City Hospital through Michigan State University. He is also certified in Nuclear Cardiology and is adjunct faculty at MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Abed is a board-certified cardiologist since 2003 who became an electrophysiologist in 2013 after training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science. She works closely with Dr. Kazziha to enhance cardiovascular care in extended care facilities, reducing hospital readmissions and improving care transitions.

Raechel is a certified Physician Assistant who treats patients in both hospital and office settings. She completed her PA studies at the University of Detroit Mercy and found her passion for cardiology through multiple roles within CVC. She has a special interest in preventative medicine and patient education, and is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Brittany is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She began her career in the emergency department at Detroit Receiving Hospital, then Beaumont Neurosurgical ICU, and later non-invasive cardiology at Troy Beaumont. She earned her Master's from Oakland University and is passionate about cardiac prevention, cholesterol management, and building strong patient relationships.
