Background

Dr. Sindhu Koshy is a Board Certified Cardiologist. She received her Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and her M.D. from Saba University School of Medicine. She completed her clinical residency and fellowship at the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

Afterwards, she came to Michigan in 2011 and has been serving the Detroit-area community since. She is the Medical Director of the Noninvasive and Cardiopulmonary Labs. In addition to seeing and caring for patients, she is a board-certified specialist in Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine.

Philosophy & Focus

Dr. Koshy's philosophy involves partnering with patients to find the right treatment strategies. Her team approach involves educating patients on the prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease.

She sees patients with all types and degrees of heart disease, as well as those taking steps to prevent it. She also specializes in women and heart disease. Her passion includes seeing patients fulfill their heart health goals.
