Dr. Sindhu Koshy is a Board-Certified Cardiologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate cardiovascular care. She earned her Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and her Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine.
Dr. Koshy completed her clinical residency and fellowship at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, where she developed advanced expertise in cardiac care. Since moving to Michigan in 2011, she has proudly served the Detroit community, combining clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach.
She is board-certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine, and her practice focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease in patients of all backgrounds.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Dr. Koshy is deeply passionate about women's cardiovascular health. She provides comprehensive care for women at all stages of life—from the reproductive years through menopause and beyond—addressing the unique cardiac challenges women face during these transitions.
Dr. Koshy believes in partnering with her patients to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies. Her philosophy centers on education, prevention, and empowerment, helping each patient take an active role in achieving and maintaining optimal heart health.
