TAVR Procedure – An Alternative to Open-heart Valve Replacement

First TAVR Procedure Performed at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital

Doctors performed the first two catheter-based replacements of an aortic heart valve Aug. 7 at Henry Ford Macomb. They were both released Aug. 8 and are recovering comfortably at home. Congratulations to the whole team! Read more.
